Before you come in

Bring your current spectacles — especially the pair you dislike, because how they sit tells us what went wrong. Bring any recent prescription or medical notes too, particularly if you are diabetic or being treated for glaucoma.

First time in contact lenses? Allow an extra half hour for the training session.
