Before you come in

Two things make an appointment far more useful. Bring your current spectacles — even the pair you dislike, especially the pair you dislike, because how they sit tells us what went wrong. And bring any recent prescription or medical notes, particularly if you are diabetic or being treated for glaucoma.

If you are coming for contact lenses for the first time, allow an extra half hour for the training session.
